Free Shipping is available only within the 48 contiguous states.

Important: Please double-check your shipping address. Changes after shipping will incur a $15.90 fee per package (some orders may include multiple packages). Undeliverable or incorrect addresses also incur this fee plus return shipping if a reship is needed.

If your item is still under warranty, just get in touch with us via email or phone, and we’ll be happy to offer a replacement or refund. Please include your Order ID, a quick explanation, and a photo if you can. In some cases, we might ask for the item to be returned before processing your refund or replacement. If that’s the case, you can follow our standard return process outlined in the Return Policy.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with any product, for any reason, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price within 30 days from the shipping date.
How to Make a Return:
We're sorry your purchase didn't work out for you. To make a return, please first contact us to arrange for the return. Next, to ensure your refund is processed as quickly as possible and to help you avoid a return adjustment, please follow the checklist below:
- Please write your order number on the shipping label.
- Items must be returned in the condition they were received, including all documentation and packaging materials.
- Please use a shipping method that is trackable, such as USPS or UPS.
