We are committed to the quality and performance of our products. Our warranty guarantees your satisfaction by covering manufacturing defects within the timeframes outlined below. Normal wear and tear or use outside of intended purposes is not covered under warranty. Warranty terms vary depending on the type of use and product category.
1. Standard (Personal / Non-Commercial) Use Warranty
The following coverage applies to products purchased and used for personal or non-commercial purposes:

If your item is still under warranty, please contact us via email or phone. Provide your Order ID, a brief description of the issue, and a photo if possible. In some cases, we may request that the item be returned before processing a replacement or refund. If that is required, please follow our standard Return Policy instructions.
2. Commercial / Professional Use Warranty
This Limited 30-Day Commercial Use Warranty applies to all mop products (including mop heads, poles, microfiber pads, and towels) purchased and used for commercial or professional purposes, including but not limited to detailing, aviation, automotive, RV, or fleet services.
Coverage Period: Coverage extends for thirty (30) days from the original date of purchase.
What Is Covered: This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the 30-day coverage period. If a covered defect arises within this timeframe, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product.
Exclusions and Limitations:
- After 30 days, warranty coverage, replacements, or returns will no longer apply to items used in commercial or professional settings.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, or accident.
- Damage caused by unauthorized modification or repair.
- Consumable parts (such as pads or towels) that have reached the end of their useful life.
This limited warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy for the purchaser and is offered in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied.
