Most orders ship the same day and typically arrive in 1-4 business days, though some locations may take longer. We process orders Monday-Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, and ship via UPS or USPS based on your location and selected rate. Tracking information will be emailed to you.
Free Shipping is available only within the 48 contiguous states.
Shipping and delivery dates are estimated based on item availability and shipping options chosen. Shipping estimates will appear at checkout.
Important: Please double-check your shipping address. Changes after shipping will incur a $15.90 fee per package (some orders may include multiple packages). Undeliverable or incorrect addresses also incur this fee plus return shipping if a reship is needed.

If your item is still under warranty, just get in touch with us via email or phone, and we’ll be happy to offer a replacement or refund. Please include your Order ID, a quick explanation, and a photo if you can. In some cases, we might ask for the item to be returned before processing your refund or replacement. If that’s the case, you can follow our standard return process outlined in the Return Policy.
