Aero Cosmetics / WashWax.com ("we," "us," or "our") offers a customer rewards program powered by Redeemly that allows eligible customers to earn store credit on qualifying purchases. By participating in the program, you agree to these terms in addition to our Terms of Service and Return Policy.
How You Earn Store Credit
- For every $50 spent on qualifying purchases, you earn $5 in store credit.
- Store credit is calculated on the product subtotal only. Taxes, shipping, gift cards, and any discounts applied at checkout are excluded from the qualifying amount.
- Credit is earned in $5 increments. Spend that does not reach the next $50 threshold within a single order does not roll over toward future orders.
- An active customer account on washwax.com is required to earn and redeem credit. Credit is tied to the account email used at checkout.
When Store Credit Is Issued
- Earned store credit is issued to your account 30 days after the order ship date, provided the order has not been returned, refunded, canceled, or charged back.
- The 30-day waiting period exists to align with our return policy. If any portion of the order is returned during that window, the credit will be recalculated or withheld accordingly.
- You will receive an email notification when credit is added to your account.
Expiration
Store credit issued through the rewards program does not expire. Credit will remain in your account as long as the account remains active and in good standing.
We reserve the right to deactivate accounts that have been inactive for an extended period in accordance with applicable law. We will provide reasonable notice before doing so.
Redeeming Store Credit
- Store credit can be applied at checkout toward future orders on washwax.com.
- Credit may be used on product purchases, including taxes and shipping, unless otherwise noted at the time of redemption.
- Store credit cannot be combined with certain promotional codes or discounts. Eligibility to stack will be displayed at checkout.
- There is no minimum redemption amount. You may use any portion of your available balance on a qualifying order.
- Store credit has no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be transferred or sold to another person or account.
Recent Program Change
Effective with this updated policy, the earn rate is $5 in store credit per $50 spent. The previous earn rate of $10 per $100 spent was mathematically equivalent but offered credit only at the higher threshold. The new rate allows customers to earn rewards more frequently on smaller orders. Credit earned under the previous rate remains valid under these terms.
Returns and Refunds
- If you return an item from a qualifying order, any store credit earned on that portion of the order will be reversed from your account.
- If a returned item was purchased using store credit, the refund will be issued as store credit back to your account, not as a refund to the original payment method.
- Orders that are charged back, fraudulently placed, or canceled before shipment are not eligible to earn credit. Any credit issued in error will be removed.
Excluded Purchases
The following do not qualify for earning store credit:
- Wholesale, professional detailer, or commercial discount program orders
- Orders placed using store credit (you cannot earn credit on credit)
- Gift card purchases
- Shipping charges, taxes, fees, and surcharges
- Free promotional items or gift-with-purchase items
- Orders that are later returned, refunded, or charged back
Account Eligibility
- The rewards program is open to individual retail customers with a valid washwax.com account.
- One account per customer. Creating multiple accounts to accumulate credit is prohibited and may result in forfeiture of all earned credit and account suspension.
- Employees of Aero Cosmetics, household members of employees, and accounts used for business or resale purposes are not eligible unless explicitly enrolled.
Fraud, Abuse, and Forfeiture
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to:
- Revoke, void, or adjust store credit earned through fraud, error, abuse, chargebacks, or violation of these terms
- Suspend or terminate any account engaged in suspicious or abusive activity
- Refuse to honor store credit if there is reasonable evidence of unauthorized use
Lost or stolen store credit resulting from unauthorized account access is not replaceable. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
Program Changes and Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the rewards program at any time, including changes to the earn rate, redemption rules, or eligibility. We will provide reasonable advance notice of material changes by email or by posting an update on this page. Continued participation in the program after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
If the program is terminated, you will be given a reasonable window to redeem any unused balance before it is voided.
Tax Responsibility
You are responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes that may result from earning or redeeming store credit. We do not issue tax documentation for rewards earned.
No Cash Value
Store credit issued through this program is a promotional benefit and not a gift card under applicable law. It has no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and is not refundable.
State and Country Consumer Rights
This policy does not limit any non-waivable rights you may have under the laws of your state or country. Where applicable law provides greater protection than these terms, that law controls.
