Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Central Time), excluding holidays. While most orders ship the same business day, shipment timing is not guaranteed and may vary based on product availability, order volume, and verification requirements.
Shipping transit times typically range from 1–4 business days, but are estimates only and may vary by destination, carrier, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. We ship orders via UPS or USPS, at our discretion, based on the shipping method selected and delivery location. Tracking information will be provided by email once the order has shipped.
Free Shipping
Free shipping is offered only on qualifying products shipped within the 48 contiguous United States. Free shipping eligibility is determined at checkout and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice. Oversized items are excluded from free shipping offers.
Shipping Estimates
All delivery dates and shipping timelines shown at checkout are estimates only and do not constitute a guarantee of delivery by a specific date. We are not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been tendered to the shipping provider.
Address Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Requests to modify the shipping address after an order has shipped are subject to a $15.90 address change fee per package, where applicable. Orders returned due to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses will incur this fee plus any applicable return and reshipment charges. Refunds for shipping costs are not provided in such cases.
Oversize Shipping Notice
Certain products are designated as oversize due to their dimensions, weight, or special handling requirements. A flat-rate oversize shipping fee of $39.95 will be assessed and added at checkout.
