Processing and delivery
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Central Time), excluding holidays. Most orders ship the same business day, but shipment timing is not guaranteed and may vary with product availability, order volume and verification requirements.
Transit times usually range from 1–4 business days, but they are estimates only and can vary with destination, carrier, weather and other factors beyond our control. We ship with UPS or USPS, at our discretion, based on the shipping method you choose and your delivery location. You'll get tracking information by email once your order ships.
Free shipping
Free shipping is offered only on qualifying products shipped within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is determined at checkout and may be changed or discontinued at any time without notice. Oversize items are excluded from free shipping offers.
Oversize items
Some products are designated as oversize because of their dimensions, weight or special handling needs. A flat-rate oversize shipping fee of $39.95 is added at checkout.
- Always applies: oversize shipping fees apply regardless of order total, promotions or the free shipping threshold.
- Non-refundable: these special handling fees cannot be waived or refunded.
Delivery estimates
All delivery dates and shipping times shown at checkout are estimates only and are not a guarantee of delivery by a specific date. We are not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been handed to the carrier.
Your shipping address
You are responsible for giving a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Requests to change the shipping address after an order has shipped are subject to a $15.90 address change fee per package, where applicable. Orders returned because of an incorrect, incomplete or undeliverable address will incur this fee plus any return and reshipping charges. Shipping costs are not refunded in these cases.
