Aero Cosmetics / WashWax.com ("we," "us," or "our") wants you to be happy with everything you buy from us. This policy explains our money-back guarantee and how refunds work.
Our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Not happy with anything you bought? You get your money back within 90 days of delivery, no questions asked, and you keep the product.
- Mops and poles are the only items we ask you to send back. We will email you a prepaid return label, so we pay the shipping.
- No restocking fee, ever.
- Opened or used products are covered. You do not need the original packaging.
How to Request a Refund
Email help@washwax.com or call 210-344-7921 with your order number. If your order includes a mop or pole, we will send you a prepaid return label. Please do not ship anything back until we send you the label.

Bought on Amazon or from a Store?
Start with the place you bought it; it is the fastest way to get your refund. If they cannot help, contact us and we will.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. For orders that include a mop or pole, we approve the refund once the mop and pole arrive back at our facility.
- Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund, which is outside our control. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you have not received it, please check with your bank or card issuer, then contact us.
Not Covered
- Gift cards and store credit
- Free promotional items (including any free bottle or gift-with-purchase items)
- Requests made more than 90 days after delivery
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we will send a replacement or a refund. Shipping damage reported after 7 days may be harder to resolve because carrier claim windows are limited, but your 90-day guarantee still applies.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for its value. Otherwise, the refund goes to the original purchaser's payment method.
EU/UK 14-Day Cancellation Right
If your order ships to the European Union or United Kingdom, you also have the right to cancel within 14 days of receipt for any reason, in accordance with EU/UK consumer law.
Your Consumer Rights
This policy does not limit any non-waivable rights you may have under the laws of your state or country, including the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act, the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, or similar consumer protection laws. Where applicable law gives you greater protection than this policy, that law controls. Product warranties are covered separately on our Warranty page.
Chargebacks and Disputes
Please contact us first. With a 90-day, no-questions-asked guarantee, we can usually fix any problem faster than a chargeback can.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy at any time. The version in effect on the date of your order applies to your order.
