No, not when you use the damp towel method. Spray one area, wipe it with a damp microfiber towel, then dry it with a clean dry towel. The damp towel lifts dirt up into its fibers instead of dragging it across the finish. Rinse off caked mud, sand, or road salt first, and flip to a clean side of the towel often.

No. It's ready to use straight from the bottle. Do not dilute it.
